About the role

We are currently looking for an exceptional person to join our team as a Minibus Driver.

The successful person will deliver a high-quality transport service for our members between their homes and our centre in Ovenden.

This is a 25 hour per week role: 7.45am-10.15am and 2.45pm – 5.15pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £10.42- £12.27p.h.

About You:

You will have a clean, full driving license, including the D1 category which allows you to drive a minibus.

A good understanding of Health and Safety, Safeguarding and First Aid regulations and procedures.

Ability to demonstrate initiative, self-motivation and resourcefulness.

Ability to work in a calm, friendly, patient and tolerant manner at a pace appropriate to the needs of the individual.

Good knowledge of the Calderdale area would be beneficial.

Experience of working with people with learning disabilities would be advantageous but not essential.
