Stressful situations happen in life. We may not be able to control what happens in life but we can choose how we react to them. The workshop will be delivered by Healthy Minds will give our members the opportunity to learn more about mental health and discover tips to improve our overall wellbeing. The session will take place over Zoom, giving our individual bubbles the opportunity to take part.
